Hello! My name is Nicola. I am from Canada and I am a Beginner Filipino language student.
I am studying the Filipino language because I am marrying into a Filipino family next year and would love to have a better understanding of my fiancé’s language and culture.

@Nicolabasanes Ah, OK, I know a lot of people from Laguna. It's not too far from Manila...are you planning on making a trip there at some point?
