Hi, my name is Cam! I was born in the Philippines but now live in California. I grew up in the States, so I never learned as much Tagalog as I would have liked, so I'm here to learn it better!

Where in California are you from, and how significant is the Filipino population there? My closest family live in Koreatown, LA.

Lots of Filipinos in Southern California, probably the largest concentration.

@GuttermanKhan I live about an hour northeast of LA! There's a very large Filipino population here. Eagle Rock has its own small Filipino mall, and there are several Seafood Cities and other Filipino stores and markets here in Southern California. Pareho lang yung climate dito kasi :D
 
My family has several Filipino friends here and in the Bay Area, but there are far more Filipino people here

@GuttermanKhan Where I live its about 40%. It's really nice because prior to the shelter in place we had lots of restaurants from the PI here and a wet markets.

Yes that is awesome. We always have to make a stop at the very least a Seafood City, Jollibee or Max’s when we go to CA or Vegas. Not much in Northern AZ.
