How are you doing or What are you doing? Does it have the same meaning?

How are you doing? = Kumusta ka na?
 
What are you doing? = Ano ang ginagawa mo?

@Tagamanila thank you for clarification. It helps a lot. So How are you and How are you doing has the same meaning?

Yes, although "how are you doing?" may be more appropriate to ask someone you already know and "how are you?" is usually asked of someone you're meeting for the first time. The same way we do it with the Tagalog questions.

Just to clarify:
 
Kumusta ka? = How are you?
Kumusta ka na? = How are you doing?/How have you been?
