"Binibini" is just a formal term nowadays. You will rarely hear it used in ordinary conversations, except perhaps in poetry or song or when referring to contestants in beauty contests. That's because it is the word used for the "Miss" title. "Miss Philippines" is called "Binibining Pilipinas".
A married woman is called "ginang". "Mrs. Jones" would be "Ginang Jones". "Ginoó" is the word for "gentleman", whether married or not. When used as a title, it becomes "ginoóng". "Mr. Jones" and "Mr. Philippines" would be "Ginoóng Jones" and "Ginoóng Pilipinas", respectively.
Formal Rank: #1738 Casual Rank: #989 ** A lower rank means the word is used more frequently. For example, rank #1 would be the most frequently used word.
Method: This script ranks all words by frequency using both formal sources (mostly newspaper articles) and informal sources (a combination of over 100 hours of transcribed audio, internet comments, and amateur fiction writing) to roughly determine whether a word is used more frequency in casual or formal contexts.
